This time, however, it is not the famous Polynesian gods who preserve the drinks, but rather the fabulous baroque masks of Sicily and beyond!
They were designed to give an original look to drinks that are increasingly identified with the raw materials produced in the Mediterranean, from fruit to spirits.
The most famous baroque masks were mainly created after the 1963 earthquake in Val di Noto, by artists whose work is often impossible to trace.
