Refund policy
Our 14-day return policy stipulates that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return in case of broken or damaged goods.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a previous return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage or if you have received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the problem and make sure it is resolved.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns will not be accepted for items with slight production imperfections, as these are natural parts of craftsmanship processes.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. In case of approval, you will receive your refund automatically via your original payment method within 10 working days. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and make the refund visible.
